As the Stream Lead for the branches UX/UI and Mobile for the redesign project of ZEISS\' intranet, transitioning from SharePoint to Unily, my role involved extensive qualitative and quantitative user research, including persona creation, user journey mapping, and persona-specific workshops. Leveraging analytics and research findings, I developed targeted UI designs tailored to different user groups within the organization. This project supported an international workforce of employees, enhancing user experience and engagement across the company.
