I’m a technology and delivery leader with 15+ years of experience building and scaling quality and product teams in complex enterprise environments.In my most recent time here at Bath & Body Works, I grew a Digital QA organization from 4 to 26 team members, including six people leaders, and later served as a Digital Product Owner supporting a cross-functional customer team across US and Canada eCommerce platforms. I partnered closely with engineering and business stakeholders to strengthen release readiness, modernize automation, and improve delivery confidence in a fast-paced retail environment.My focus is on building strong leaders, creating structured and accountable teams, and aligning quality, product, and engineering execution to business outcomes.
