I co-founded cocktail subscription service Shaker & Spoon in 2015, growing it to 8 figures in annual revenue as Chief Brand Officer and expanding from a DTC cocktail subscription company to an omnichannel CPG company with products sold at a variety of retailers and Shaker & Spoon cocktails served at bars and events throughout the country.My ownership was over customer experience, community building, omnichannel expansion, customer acquisition, product development, brand strategy, creative, retention, partnerships, and more, before a successful exit in 2025 after Shaker & Spoon was sold to ShakeStir.This incredible journey led me to become an expert team leader, go-to-market strategist, social listening guru, community builder, and more. I\'m looking forward to future projects utilizing my diverse skillset with an eye toward brand-building and creative team oversight to elevate brands; inspire and motivate with authentic, human-first leadership; and make a daily positive impact on any team I work with.
