As a UX Designer with five years’ experience working across both fast-paced startups and large organisations, I enjoy tackling complex problems and turning them into clear, usable solutions that work for both customers and the business.My work is grounded in research and evidence; from user testing to analytics to assumption mapping, helping projects move from ideas to decisions that are confident, defensible and ready to build. I’ve identified usability improvements, optimised content, and supported campaigns that drive both customer behaviour change and commercial outcomes.Outside of UX, I have experience in and continue to enjoy VR/XR technologies, digital and print design, photography, and craft.
