Mentor and oversee pursuit coordinators within the Commercial Enablement (CE) team in the Intelligence GBA, with a strong emphasis on fostering employee growth and enhancing job satisfaction- Streamline workload management by evaluating and prioritizing support requests, deploying resources based on team members’ availability, skills, interests, and growth potential; provide ongoing support and guidance to optimize team performance- Lead full-cycle proposal development for diverse pursuits in the intelligence sector of varying complexities across Canada/US/UK for public/private sector clients- Drive proposal strategy by emphasizing win themes, conducting pursuit strategy discussions, assigning tasks, managing internal deadlines, and ensuring compliance with client milestones and internal review requirements- Facilitate internal reviews and gather inputs from SMEs and legal/finance to ensure thorough and accurate content- Create/refine non-technical content, review full proposal for consistency/clarity/quality throughout; proofread and edit documents to enhance overall presentation- Collaborate with designers to produce visually compelling and high-quality document, finalizw proposals for submission- Work with CE leadership to develop, implement, and maintain a standardized pursuit management process across the GBA; prepare presentation materials and lead training sessions on the new process- Serve as the primary team resource for CRM processes and reporting, ensuring accurate and effective data management and analysis- Manage resources and maintain the content library (proposal responses, projects, resumes, etc.); develop training materials, guides, and SharePoint pages and libraries to support team development and operational efficiency- Prepare and present variety of reports for the director and senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and insights- Ensure comprehensive training for new staff and mentor sr. coordinators in training new team members
