ABOUT ANNA COSTA
Through my experiences in international development and in strategy consultancy, I have gained valuable skills in research and project management. Thanks to my international development and public policy background I have developed an analytical mindset able to assess difficult situations. I have learned the importance of keeping the end user at the center of your solution. I developed skills in innovation, design sprint, prototyping, human-centered design, and workshop facilitation.My experience in strategy consultancy has taught me how to look at the bigger picture. Through the use of insights, I have learned how to assess a context and develop recommendations that can lead to a sustainable strategy. I gained skills in consumer insights analysis, report writing, project management, junior staff training, and client management. I am a person with a vast set of interests. I have recently finished my second master\'s in Psychology and funded my own startup, Career Elevator. Career Elevator came to life with the aim of supporting young graduates to navigate the world of job searching. I saw the tall it could take on mental health and the fact that they needed skills and coaching. This adventure enhanced my skills in coaching, sales, designing a vision, operating models, and developing new methodologies. Mental health is a very important topic for me. In my spare time, I volunteer as a crisis responder for a free online support line, Shout.
