I currently lead the Airports Projects, Network and CBS team at JetBlue, where I oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex and cross-functional projects that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and cost savings.I have a strong background in process improvement, fraud prevention, call center management, business partnership, and customer service. I hold a Master of Legal Studies from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Thomas Edison State University. I am also passionate about leadership development and diversity and inclusion. I serve as an Employee Resource Group leader and a mentor for women and children in STEM fields.
