   This role has ownership over all hiring process changes, documentation, and tools. Executed the launch of a technical assessment tools for all engineering teams globally. This includes researching and evaluating each tool, scheduling demos, negotiating the contract, implementing the tool, organizing trainings, building out documentation and testing the integration. Oversaw the transition from one ATS to a new ATS/CRM.
