ABOUT ANNA DANGELA BHSC
I am a passionate, service-oriented leader with an interest in medicine and health systems, leadership development, and equity. I am currently a Manager with the Strategy and Transformation team at Hamilton Health Sciences, where I work to lead and support key strategic initiatives that enhance the experiences of patients and providers and drive system level change. My background is as a Canadian Certified Physician Assistant (PA), with experience in sub-speciality respirology. I currently train future PAs as a member of the leadership team of McMaster University\'s Physician Assistant Education Program. While my journey to this point has not been a straight path, I bring all of my learning, education and experiences with me, in the hopes of combining my interests and passions for quality improvement and system transformation with the provision of patient-centred, high quality clinical care.
