My role at Venor consists of participating in full-cycle recruitment activities alongside the firm\'s IT Recruitment Team. I am directly involved in hiring technical professionals for different companies throughout North America, including Software Developers, Quality Assurance, DevOps and Cloud Engineers, IT Support, and more. I have been directly involved in searches ranging from entry-level all the way to C-Suite professionals. Some of my regular responsibilities include- Creating and modifying job descriptions - Sourcing/Soliciting potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed - Screening applicants and facilitating candidate interviews - Conducting reference calls Apart from my recruitment work, I love to organize and take part in firm activities and initiatives, including being a part of the Health & Wellness Committee, organizing firm-wide activities, and chairing our weekly Tuesday meetings.
