Group Director - Talent Attraction at Omg @Omnicom Media

As the Director across the Omnicom Media Group for talent attraction, I am responsible for leading, creating and overseeing the implementation of the talent attraction strategy and process as well as actual execution of sourcing and headhunting at a senior level. My role and responsibility includes strategic leadership, ensuring best practice across all TA functions, tools, systems, partnerships and activities. I lead a highly skilled and talented TA team who help to hire the best talent across a breadth of skills and sectors which include; data, digital, insight and evaluation, strategy, trading and client service for both our local and International agencies based in London. I am responsible for creating, implementing and delivering our DE & I recruitment strategy across the Group to ensure we offer a fair and inclusive hiring experience for everyone. Omnicom Media Group exists to power its four media agencies: OMD, Manning Gottlieb OMD, PHD and Hearts & Science. We also power a range of Specialist Services, including OMG Programmatic, Annalect, Fuse, DRUM, Transact, HYD, Verve, Adylic and OMG Unite.
