I\'m Belle, a product designer with a background in customer operations.After years of guiding customers through clunky processes, I saw firsthand how poor design can lead to frustration, drop-off, and wasted resources. This sparked my passion for unpicking complex problems and figuring out how to bring value to both the user and business through thoughtful, strategic design. What excites me most is how unpredictable design can be. You think you know what users need, but testing proves otherwise.
