Joined PKF Texas in July of 2004 as Firm Administrator to oversee the day to day operation of the office. With over 19 years\' experience in Human Resources and a certification as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP my responsibilities are primarily for the Firm\'s Human Resources policies and management, overseeing the Human Capital Support and the Administrative team. My experience includes working closely with Practice Leaders to set firm-wide policy as well as planning, organizing, directing and controlling the operations of the firm. Implementing, creating, updating and documenting employee policies and procedures. I handle employee benefits, approval of accounts payables, regulatory compliance and all related functions of human resources.
