ABOUT ANNABELL HO
I’m a behavioral scientist who uses data analysis and behavioral science research to discover impactful, actionable insights for stakeholders, and ultimately maximize products’ impact, in terms of both KPIs and behavior change. As a behavioral scientist at Travelers, I quantitatively measure and analyze user behaviors, behavior change, and their connection to KPIs. At Noom, I led clinical and translational research dissemination for the clinical research team (including academic publications and white papers), and spearheaded quantitative behavioral science initiatives for the applied behavioral science team. At Stanford, my PhD research uncovered new insights in the psychology of how people interact with AI. And at SurveyMonkey and Key Lime Interactive, I conducted quantitative and qualitative research to understand user needs, user experience, and survey design. Rather than finding insights for the sake of insights, my passion is to help stakeholders meet their goals with useful, compelling, and actionable insights. Along the way, I like to deeply understand stakeholders’ needs and communicate insights that help them most.
