About Annabel Realf

Annabel is a Principal in PwC’s National Transfer Pricing practice and is currently based in the Boston office. Prior to moving to Boston, Annabel had spent 3 years in the Transfer Pricing practice in Chicago where she was on secondment from PwC’s UK transfer pricing team in Birmingham. Whilst in the UK Annabel had obtained over 4 years of UK and European transfer pricing experience. Annabel\'s transfer pricing experience includes working on various US, Global and European transfer pricing projects, including helping companies structure their intercompany pricing policies, intangible property valuation studies, implementation and documentation of cost sharing arrangements, working on advance pricing agreement filings, audit defense and documentation studies for tangible goods, services and intangibles. In addition Annabel has worked on both the transfer pricing and business change elements of Value Chain Transformation projects for companies in various sectors including the engineering, retail and consumer goods, medical devices and software industries. Annabel has managed a number of global core documentation projects for large multinational companies in various industries, including medical devices, consumer goods, and industrial products, and is a member of PwC’s Initiative for Globally Coordinated Transfer Pricing Documentation. Annabel has a Masters Degree in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham and is a Chartered Accountant and an Enrolled Agent.Annabel is a Champion for PwC’s Globally Coordinated Documentation initiative and speaks regularly on the topic at transfer pricing conferences.
