As a shift manager at Earls Kitchen + Bar, I lead a team of servers and cooks to deliver excellent customer service and quality food. I handle daily operations, inventory management, and training. I also contribute to the restaurant\'s marketing and social media presence, and implement feedback and suggestions from customers and staff. I have been working at Earls Kitchen + Bar for over six years, and I enjoy the fast-paced and dynamic environment, as well as the opportunity to learn from my colleagues and managers.In addition to my work experience, I am pursuing a computer science degree at Western University, where I am learning and mastering how to code, design, and debug software applications.
