The Equal Skies Charter is a UK-based, aviation industry initiative focused on improving disability inclusion and employment opportunities within the aviation and aerospace sectors. It\'s a collaborative effort to ensure that people with disabilities have equal access to the benefits and opportunities offered by these industries. The charter encourages organisations to prioritise disability inclusion in their strategic goals and to utilise the lived experiences of disabled individuals to enhance services for all.I am very proud to be a part of the Steering Group and to be a part of making positive change.
