I’m a Sales Executive in the Corporate division at Go Ape, designing outdoor team days across: Scotland, Northern England, and Central England sites, that genuinely transform teams – leaving them more connected, confident and buzzing with stories to share and remember for a long while.I partner with HR, People & Culture, L&D and Leadership teams to uncover what they really need – deeper trust, a wellbeing recharge, fresh insight into their people\'s hidden strengths – then create the perfect forest adventure to deliver it. I’m a Sales Executive in the Corporate division at Go Ape 🦧Working with organisations who want their team days to be energising, memorable and genuinely good for their people I partner with HR, People and Leadership teams to design outdoor experiences that boost wellbeing, build trust and give teams a shared story that lasts long after they’re back at their desks Think laptops swapped for treetops, Slack messages swapped for zip wires, and PowerPoints swapped for proper belly laughs With Go Ape, I help teams to:Strengthen relationships through shared challenge (and a bit of adrenaline)Support mental wellbeing by getting outdoors, moving and switching off from screensCreate space for people to connect in a more relaxed, human wayGive managers a fresh lens on their people – who naturally steps up, who supports from the side, who keeps a cool head under pressure, and how different personalities show up when the environment changes. Wellness is a big passion of mine – not just step counts and perks ( which are great ) but real, lived wellbeing: fresh air, feeling safe to be yourself, and having fun together.
