I’m a Strategy & Consulting Consultant who specialises in Customer Experience (CX), Business Transformation and (Gen)AI Enablement across the Comms, Media & Tech industry. I am passionate about helping organisations leverage innovative technologies to drive meaningful improvements for customers, while building inclusion and empathy into our deliveries.Prior to working at Accenture, I worked with the Teach First programme as an Early Years educator throughout COVID-19. In parallel, I developed a background in qualitative research studying my MA in Transformational Leadership (achieved with Distinction).
