But at my core, I’m someone who’s endlessly curious about how people think and what drives them; and that curiosity has shaped everything about how I lead, create, and collaborate.I’m first-generation Polish-American and fluent in both Polish and English; a background that taught me adaptability, empathy, and how to navigate ambiguity with confidence. Growing up between two cultures gave me a deep appreciation for communication, context, and connection; values I bring to every project and team I work with.Music has also been a constant in my life. I started piano at five and viola at seven, and the discipline and collaboration it requires still influence how I approach leadership; listening closely, adapting quickly, and finding rhythm in teamwork.Today, I work at the intersection of growth strategy, data, and people; helping organizations find clarity in complexity.
