Promote and arrange the banquet facilities for club and member sponsored events, business and social meetings, weddings, and annual & holiday galas.‣ Provide food and beverage management staff detailed BEO function sheets in advance and hold frequent meetings with staff to ensure all information and details are communicated. ‣ Work with Executive Chef to determine selling prices, menus, and to implement special requests and determine feasibility of menu selections.‣ Source vendors and create bid proposals to meet creative and cost-appropriate guidelines. ‣ On-site supervision of events to ensure flawless execution, troubleshoot any issues in real time, and serve as point of contact for members, guests, vendors, and staff. ‣ Assist general manager in implementing and monitoring budget and annual sales plan for catering department and all related events.
