National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA): Authors and manages reports that analyze telecommunication tower compliance under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Reports include state historic preservation office (SHPO) file reviews, categorical exclusion determinations, and NEPA screening reports- Avian Nest Survey: Conducts avian nest surveys for telecommunications clients on tower structures to determine if a nest is protected. She conducts the avian nest surveys by identifying active avian nests and the species of bird present and authoring a technical report to summarize the results- APE-VE Survey: Conducts APE-VE surveys for telecommunications clients on non-tower and small cell structures to determine if the cell site is within or will visually effect surrounding Historic Districts and Properties. She conducts the APE-VE surveys by evaluating the site in relation to the Historic Districts and Properties and documenting/photographing all visual locations and authoring a technical report to summarize the results.
