I’ve always believed that sport is about more than competition (even though I can be very competitive myself!). For me, it\'s about how sport brings people together, boosts both physical and mental wellbeing, and can act as a catalyst for change in society.Throughout my career, I’ve worked across the sport and charity sectors, from grassroots projects to Paralympic podiums, and I\'ve seen first hand how sport can change lives. Having a purpose is why I love what I do!Now at SportsAid, I’m focused on building partnerships that help the next generation of British athletes unlock their potential. We\'re investing in talent regardless of background, breaking down barriers and shaping a more inclusive future for sport.Whatever my role, my passion has always been rooted in making sport more equitable, accessible and purposeful.
