About Anna Wolfe

Hi! My name is Anna Wolfe, and I am a freshman at Georgia College & State University majoring in Management, with the goal of pursuing a career combining management principles with psychological concepts to ensure companies have the access and resources to promote employee satisfaction and productivity. I’ve always enjoyed understanding people, working in team-based environments, and helping groups function at their best, interests that have shaped both my academic path and leadership experiences.In high school, I served as Student Body Secretary, HOSA Historian, FCA Leadership, BETA Club member, National English Honor Society member, and Flight Club Leadership Council. These roles helped me develop strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, as well as a genuine passion for supporting others and collaborating toward shared goals. At GCSU, I am a member of the Phi Mu Fraternity, where I continue to grow my network, serve my community, and challenge myself personally and professionally. I’m passionate about improving workplace dynamics, understanding what motivates people, and applying psychology to create healthier, more effective organizational environments. I plan to graduate in 2029, and I’m excited to explore internships or opportunities in HR, organizational development, and I-O psychology related roles.
