About Anna Maguire
My goal is to improve people\'s whole lives by improving their work lives. I combine my expertise in advanced statistical methods (e.g, growth curve models, multilevel models, and causal modeling) with survey design, psychometrics and measurement, and in-depth interviewing to learn more about how people experience working. I then use these findings to generate insights and recommendations about what business can do to improve the work experience. My subjective expertise (and passion) includes diversity, equity, and inclusion, mental health and wellbeing at work, work/life harmony, caregivers at work, and labor policy/politics.
