ABOUT ANNA VIVAS

For me, safety is more than a career — it’s a passion and a purpose. I bring energy, empathy, and commitment to everything I do, whether I\'m leading training programs, mentoring safety professionals, or managing crane operations across our projects at ITC Construction Group.I’m a certified Health and Safety Professional (OHSE, NCSO, GSC, OFA Level 3) with a diverse background that includes being a Journey Person Roofer and running my own high-end garden design business. That path has shaped my adaptability, creativity, and grounded leadership style.Currently, I serve as Safety Training Manager at ITC, where I help foster a culture of learning, inclusion, and accountability. I\'m proud to work with teams who share a vision of safety as a partnership — something we create together.I lead with a growth mindset and am actively working toward earning my CHSC designation, continuously looking for ways to evolve and support others in doing the same.I believe that success is not just what we achieve on our own — it\'s what we inspire and help others achieve, too.
