ABOUT ANNA TRIGGS
I am curious and passionate about facilitating the art of human care in medical settings. After successfully completing an end-of-life Doula course with INELDA, I began volunteering at Calvary Hospital and Hospice. There, I assist patients with compassionate attention with transportation to and from recreation, feeding, and conducting general visits with them and their families. I also enjoy introducing patients to aromatherapy in a hospital setting and observing their deep inhalations. Simply being with patients, taking them outside to spend time in fresh air when the weather permits, and learning about their feelings and lives is a privilege. Am pleased to say I am now enrolled in a Master\'s of Science program in Mental Health Counseling at Manhattan University.
