Assisting advisers in respect of their skills, knowledge and competences- performance review.Identifying training- training plans for advisers. Managing a portfolio of professionals from assignee identification to repatriation providing advisory services on inbound/outbound long-term assignments.The role includes elements of case management, immigration staff management and client service administration.
