Team Leader - Heritage, Landscape and Trees @Maidstone Borough Council

Planning Management Team member with overall responsibility for a brilliant team of specialist heritage conservation, landscape and tree officers. Together, we help to preserve and enhance the character of the built and natural environment of Maidstone and its surrounding rural areas. My team advises on and processes planning applications for development and other works in respect of trees, landscape, and heritage. We produce new briefs and policy documents specific to heritage, landscape and trees, and support colleagues in project development and place-making strategies which set the vision for regeneration, sensitive conservation and redevelopment within the Borough.We are committed to dynamic stakeholder engagement to enable the delivery of strategic principles and ensure effective community interaction.
