The Director of Partner Growth is responsible for the continued success in driving adoption across existing partnerships through net-new customers and volume utilization. This includes GTM strategies, analyzing marketing and sales funnels, identifying opportunities and execute initiatives that will increase revenue. The role is highly strategic and requires a deep knowledge of the payments space as it relates to various verticals across many types of ISV partners. This role is highly collaborative with marketing, product and sales. The Director of Partner Growth is also involved in internal training of Growth Managers, new hires and developing the team methodology to create long term success across all partners.
