About Anna Sobianina
UI/UX designer with 4 years of experience specializing in scalable, accessible design systems. I build design systems from scratch and modernize enterprise-level systems to better support evolving product goals and team workflows. My work eliminates design inconsistencies and helps teams move faster with greater confidence. To me, design is not just a job, it’s a calling and something I am deeply passionate about. I tend to approach all aspects of my life in an organized manner, and I apply the same meticulousness to my design work.My journey in design began as a freelancer. More than a year I spent helping small to medium-sized businesses with their digital needs. This experience really sharpened my interest in design consistency and efficiency. To specialize further, I moved to an in-house position, where I dug deeper into building design systems.Over the last several years, I have been refining my skills at a major healthcare performance company. Besides design systems, I have participated in various UI/UX initiatives that included complete platform redesigns, new feature development, and the creation of a cohesive LCH-based color system.I always address every challenge with an open mind and a high level of commitment to quality. I am also dedicated to continuously advancing my design systems expertise and creating long-term solutions.P.S. Outside of work, I make wire jewelry and knit toys. Both remind me that even the most minor pieces (a wire loop, a knot, or a UI component) can form something meaningful.
