Responsible for overseeing the strategic alignment of Information Technology (IT) solutions with multiple highly innovative and strategic business lanes. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for IT-related matters, ensuring proactive and continuous communication-Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize technology initiatives aligned with business lane strategies-Lead the development and maintenance of technology roadmaps for the business lanes, ensuring alignment with overall IT strategy and enterprise architecture-Partner with business lane leaders to develop business cases driving measurable business value supportive of overall lane capabilities and strategic goals-Oversee the delivery of IT projects and initiatives in partnership with PMO, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards-In partnership with IT Vendor Management, responsible to evaluate technology vendors, solutions, and service providers to ensure the selection of high-quality and cost-effective solutions that meet the specific needs and standard of the business. Supports negotiations of contracts and manage relationships with vendors-Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements for technology systems and processes-Develop and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to effectively manage IT investments and risks.
