   In my role as a Release Train Engineer at CGI, I lead a team of subsurface professionals responsible for the delivery of proprietary and 3rd party software technology solutions to Shell’s Exploration and Development projects across the world. I provide expertise in planning, organizing, and change management, while driving team performance improvements through metrics and trend analysis. Additionally, I coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Master/Team Coaches in the Agile way of working.
