I approach marketing like I approach my Grandma\'s puzzles. When I was growing up, there was always a puzzle on my Grandma\'s table that my family worked on together; different pieces that must sync together to create a masterpiece. Today, I always have one going. I look at marketing the same way; content is just words on a page without an integrated demand generation strategy behind it. Events are just people chatting in a hotel ballroom without an effective handoff to Sales for follow-up. Like you start a puzzle (at the borders), great marketing starts with a comprehensive strategy. We fill it in with the right campaigns and messages to reach our buyers, connect the dots between each marketing program to the overarching strategy, and hit our goals with integrated, cross-channel programs that deliver results.Of course, a puzzle can be done single-handedly, but it\'s more efficient (and more fun!) working in a team. I thrive in high growth environments where I have the ability to make a quick impact on the marketing team, collaborate with ambitious sales teams, and drive growth for the company as a whole.
