Individual who feel that it is time to rethink their whole life direction but don\'t know how to go about it. Individuals from all walks of life who know that their is something seriously wrong but don\'t know how to take that first terrifying step into finding out what that is. how to step out of the shadow and into their life!I help them put strategies and a plan in place so they can make a stress free transition. I also train corporate executive in employee relationship building. motivating, engaging and employee participation and retention. How to relate to the individual/ human being behind the employee. To bring out the best of the teams talents, skills and qualities and build a strong corporate atmosphere all the while gaining success for the corporation/business big or small. No man is an island and the time has come that this mentality changes. My philosophy has always been that I can be the best manager, director, business owner. but if the team that surrounds me doesn\'t feel respected, validated, included, engaged and inspired to work with me and not for me, then I am not a solid leader. I am just fooling myself into thinking that I am successful. A great leader is one that can and will stand in the shadows of his team! Can allow his/her team to shine with confidence! Bring this message out into the business and social world as a speaker/mentor to hopefully make a difference so as to change some of today\'s mindsets of what is success, personal happiness and life/work balance. and most of all living our life purpose! Living life on their terms!

ABOUT ANNA SASSO
After spending 15 years in the Transportation/Telecom industries, in 2011 I decided I needed a complete lifestyle change. After 2 years of well deserved rest, I realized that the Transportation/Trucking industry is my strength and passion, wanted to return to my first love, but after serious soul searching I decided that if I was going to make a change I was going to really challenge myself. I decided to go in a completely different direction and follow my passion of becoming a Coach/trainer/speaker. communication and leadership are two my top strengths. In September of 2013 I became a Certified Coach Practitioner and started building my own practice. I help men and women who like me, are looking to make serious lifestyle changes but don\'t know how to take that first terrifying step, I help them put strategies in place so they can make a deep personal transformation. I also coaching business leaders in finding and building the best qualities in their teams and honoring the individual behind the team. While redefining my life direction and slowly building business, in 2014/15 I worked for 18 months part time in the ceramic tile industry. My role was defining the clients needs and then, guiding, advising and coaching them towards their vision for colors, styles and designs to meet their ultimate goal and vision. This introduced me to a whole new perspective, out of the box thinking of Sales, coaching and new ways of inspiring, leading and including clients rather than focusing on Selling and numbers ideology. That whole experience has opened up a whole new world of opportunity and direction for me and led me to rethink my business model and to restructure my mission, vision and purpose. I am looking forward to relaunching my new mission and vision in the very near future. This is what happens when you step out of your comfort zone. Everything and anything is possible when you step into your courage!
