Born in the Republic of Georgia, raised in France before relocating to Los Angeles in 2002.I am fluent in Georgian, French, English and a bit of Russian.I have been in the real estate services business in the Los Angeles real estate markets for many successful years and will be here for many more.This longevity and confidence comes from my real estate services to a great many buyers and sellers, and their recommendations to others that result in repeat and referral business that keeps me productive and successful.As a full service real estate professional, I work with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types. I am licensed Realtor® and have a soft heart for Green designation. I care for the planet in which we are living in, the energy consumption and therefore I am constantly helping buyers to find green homes and the sellers to market their green homes. I am consultant when it comes to buying and selling homes, and any seller and potential buyer can always benefit from the information for any referral if they are in need.I also work a lot with people coming from France, who don\'t speak English well. I assist them all the way from learning about neighborhood in Los Angeles, to schools, restaurants, places to go, shop, etc. Specially making sure that they\'re taken care of and they know they can always call me if they need anything. In addition, with my husband we own a bathroom design and remodeling company and a handyman company that have benefited many clients who want to change a few things in their homes before selling or after buying their new homes.
