Central Operations Director @Connells Survey & Valuation

Lead the review and implementation of processes/projects to drive the Central Operation to deliver innovative, consistent strong performance, right first time • Accountable for Central Operations performance identifying and taking action on positive and negative performance and behaviour • Accountable for management of the Central Operations Manager and Central Operations management team • Working with the Central Operations Manager and team, communicate operational performance, recognising positive performance and behaviour and detailing action to be taken • Work with the Field Operations Director and Head of S&V Finance to forecast optimum headcount based on client instructions and surveyor headcount and work with the Central Operations Manager to actively recruit to headcount • Accountability for delivering Principal Objectives and Key Tasks as defined within direct reports respective Role Profiles • Lead, motivate and inspire direct reports creating clarity, building confidence, gaining commitment and enabling them to be dynamic • Be an active participant and contribute fully as a senior member of the survey and valuation team to the growth and success of the business • Act as an enabler with Field Services management team, other S&V teams and other Company departments to maximise performance for clients, colleagues and the company delivering a right first time end to end experience
