As a People Services Advisor at Arup I provide comprehensive support to members in the London area. My role involves advising and guiding leaders on various employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.I also assist both members and leaders with sickness absence, collaborating with our occupational health providers to ensure members receive the most effective support. Additionally, I work with our group income protection insurer to determine the appropriate administration of benefits.Furthermore, I play a key role in delivering training to line managers, enhancing their skills in essential human resources topics.I am also actively involved in human resource project work, including comprehensive policy and process reviews. This ensures our policies are effective for our members and compliant with current employment legislation.
