As part of the Strategic Analysis team, I support Enel X\'s Global Retail and B2B/B2C/B2G Global Business Units by providing market analysis;• I develop forecasting models and predictive analytics to anticipate energy market movements and estimate the products value pool;• I prepare executive-level reports and presentations to communicate strategic insights and recommendations effectively;• I collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making and optimize business strategies;• I monitor industry developments, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to anticipate market shifts and opportunities;• I interact with internal and external key stakeholders.Key projects:• Flexibility Value pool calculation P X Q (both on B2B and B2C side) analysis;• Analysis of the main incentive mechanisms (SSP vs RID, CERs and FER X analysis);• Modelling activity on TCO (Opex, Capex) for Space heating product (boiler, air-air and air-water heatpump)
