About Anna Palmer

I am employing my bachelors of science in nursing degree at Mayo Clinic Health System La Crosse as a Nurse in the Emergency department. I am currently obtaining my MSN FNP degree at Bellin College. My background is in emergency medicine, urgent care, inpatient float nursing and PACU nursing. I love my job. I graduated May 2015 and am learning so much every day. I love to learn and learn quickly. Ever since I can remember I have been trying new things and seeking expansion of my horizons.I love meeting all kinds of people. Some people are less savory, keeping daily life from falling into monotony, while others are a joy to be around and their attitude is infectious. Regardless, each reveals the amazing gift of serving humanity in its most vulnerable state. I am confident, but not afraid to ask questions. I invite suggestions for bettering my practice and have a life long learner\'s heart. My parents gave me that.Some of my favorite things to do outside of work are traveling, mountain biking, slack lining, singing, and pretty much anything outdoors. I believe good coffee makes for a good day, but a smile and grateful attitude make for a beautiful life. Work hard, Pray, Hope, and Don\'t Worry.
