My experience spans mid-level to senior and leadership positions across Technology, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and Program Delivery.The majority of my work has centered on tech recruitment, where I’ve hired for highly specialized and in-demand roles including D365 Functional and Technical Consultants, Power Platform Developers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud & Security Engineers, Technical Architects, QA Engineers, and Software Developers (Java, React, API). Alongside this, I’ve also recruited for cross-functional roles in program delivery, finance systems, and business analysis where strong technical acumen was essential.One of my proudest achievements has been single-handedly building out a brand-new function within the company focused on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite and Power Platform.
