ABOUT ANNA OLENICZAK
I\'m currently a multi-media journalist for unique publications, including Media Milwaukee, Alternative Wave Magazine and Music Scene Media. As I pursue my freelance photography focused on music and concerts, I have taught myself multiple skills for creative and opinion writing. During my time at UW-Milwaukee, I had the opportunity to work as the social media manager for Prowl Radio, my university\'s first internet radio station. Also, I helped run my major\'s social media platforms on X, TikTok and Facebook. My anticipated graduation in Spring 2025 will grant me my Bachelor of Arts degree with a double concentration in Journalism and Public Relations and a minor in Communications. At Alternative Wave Magazine, I have aided in building our social plans and copywriting, marketing strategy and all our writing from the ground up. I love interviewing the artists behind the music and fostering a connection between fans and artists.
