Ensure appropriate Fair Lending and UDAAP compliance risk oversight is in place for the organization through support of assigned business units and/or functions. • Executes Fair Lending and UDAAP consulting and analysis of data to carry out compliance risk management activities in order to reasonably ensure compliance with the Enterprise Compliance Management Policy and Framework. • Provide leadership and communicate effectively with executive management, business partners, audit, legal, regulators to ensure awareness of Fair Lending and UDAAP regulatory issues and updates. • Work closely with management to establish an appropriate Fair Lending or Fair and Responsible Banking Compliance Group (FRBCG) compliance culture throughout the organization. • Oversee the efforts of business units and other risk areas in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes to minimize compliance risks. • Assist in the aggregation and review of Risk Committee materials across team to ensure appropriate evaluation of program effectiveness and stated compliance risks are communicated to leadership. • Communicate with management and regulators with respect to compliance risk management activities and regulatory examinations. • Collaborate across internal team to implement strategies and methods related to the Fair Lending or FRBCG compliance risk management framework within the organization, including quality assessments, key risk and performance measurement data, assist with UDAAP case research, along with oversight monitoring and mitigation strategies. • Partner with LOB leaders and other senior Truist teammates to execute on key strategic initiatives for the company, providing counsel and oversight in a collaborative, business savvy and team-first manner.
