Experienced legal professional with nearly 20 years working in the financial services industry, both in-house and private practice. Skilled in banking, capital markets, project and real estate finance. More recently I have been responsible for all legal matters in the Mako Group, a global financial services institution, including advising on corporate structuring and transactions, employment and compliance matters and with significant exposure to financial and prudential matters. I hold a Bachelor of Law (with honours) and Commerce degree from the University of Canterbury (New Zealand).
