ABOUT ANNA MONDOR ENG
Over the past 20 years, I have built a rewarding international business and consulting career following my education at the Gdansk University of Technology (MSc.Eng in Management and Economics) and the University of Manitoba (MBA degree). I am a multilingual professional fluent in English and Polish, specializing in management, economic development, post secondary education, marketing, and sales. My expertise includes international marketing management, business development, post – secondary education, economic development, team motivation, and the implementation of policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency. As a senior-level professional, I possess strong leadership, project management, strategic planning, and business liaison skills. I have a proven track record collaborating with businesses, industry sectors, all levels of government, boards, universities, and colleges. My extensive educational background encompasses international management, marketing, manufacturing, accounting, operational management, project management, economic development, and post – secondary education have laid the foundation for my approach to both private and public sectors. Throughout my career, I have held various senior management positions, excelling in brand trade management, economic development, and most recently, post-secondary education. Working with renowned brands such as Schwarzkopf (OSIS, Igora Royal, Boncure), Cadbury, Vileda, Lucky Strike, and HB has provided me with valuable BTL and ATL marketing experience. Notably, I received a National Award in 2001 for successfully launching the selective brand OSIS. I am also recognized for my community leadership, serving on non-profit boards and contributing to initiatives in Government Relations, Community Strategy Planning, Community Growth Strategies, Business Start-Up and Expansion, and Foreign Direct Investment. In 2017, I received a Community Initiative Award for developing and executing an economic development strategy for the Beausejour & Brokenhead Region. Additionally, my rural investment initiatives were acknowledged by Minister Jim Carr in 2019. Recently, I was honoured and deeply humbled to have received an Award of Distinction 2024 in Economic Development from the Economic Developers Association of Manitoba (EDAM) for exceptional leadership, mentoring and impact on community economic development in Manitoba.
