Legal Risk Management: Collaborate with business leaders in France to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with Amplifon’s operations- Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Draft and negotiate various commercial legal agreements, including sales agreements, SaaS agreements, data protection agreements, and others- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and Amplifon’s global risk policies in reviewing RFP conditions and responses- Legal Advisory: Provide general legal advice on the company\'s operations in France, focusing on compliance with local and international laws- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global litigation, employment, and IP law teams on French matters overseen by those teams- Developing, implementing and enforcing procedures and policies to ensure the company’s compliance with regulations.
