Management and follow-up of the sales orders entered into the online platform by the official dealers by liaising with production, finance, invoicing and logistic departments to ensure that the orders are correctly and efficiently processed. Support to the sales representatives by handling dealers\' queries about availability of products, prices and deliveries. Compilation of sales reports discussed during the weekly sales calls to ensure the targets are achieved in volumes and product range. Attend business meetings & dealer conventions and transmit key feedback internally in order to improve the customer satisfaction.
