About Anna Meier

I am a business outcomes advisor who helps clients leverage their buildings through energy conservation measures and asset planning to achieve business goals. I eagerly help customers in the Columbia, SC area who want support in developing innovative and sustainable solutions for their buildings and commercial HVAC service needs. I have a deep interest in supporting building owners within healthcare environments. Additionally, I have experiences in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, and project management, all of which allow me to better provide customers with a unique perspective when it comes to understanding and supporting their businesses as a technical advisor.Prior to my role as a commercial building performance advisor, I graduated from Trane\'s Graduate Training Program, and completed my fourth role within Trane Technologies’ (formerly Ingersoll Rand) Operations Accelerated Development Program. I previously served as an Associate Procurement Program Manager for Thermo King North America, based out of Minneapolis, MN and had a focus on productivity within the areas of electrical components, Q&R, and tooling initiatives, as well as supply risk mitigation work and insourcing projects.I also served as a furnace production leader at Trane Residential Systems in Trenton, NJ, a material planner at Trane Trenton, and as an Operational Excellence Change Agent at the Ingersoll Rand Club Car Strategic Business Unit in Augusta, GA. Over the course of my rotations, I gained invaluable coaching, and learning experiences to develop greater competencies in the field of manufacturing, including inventory, systematic/transactional processes, process improvement, professional relationship management, and overall material flow and supply strategy throughout the supply chain. Overall, I gained significant exposure to integral business functions within the HVAC and manufacturing industries.
