During this 6-month internship, I have been reviewing NDAs from prospective companies, commercial and partnership agreements, as well as conducting in-depth research in policy compliance, as well as Intellectual Property assessments and strategy advising at an international level.Furthermore, I have been leading Automation projects to ensure further efficiency and reduce time-consuming practices through an NDA BOT and Automation systems, directly incorporated within Akeneo\'s current ecosystem. The goal is to enable more autonomy while gaining in accuracy by reducing the likelihood of human errors.Finally, I have been working on updating company policies (ie, Anti-Slavery Policy), T & Cs, and MNDAs templates in English and French for Common Law and Civil Law jurisdictions.
