I am a senior executive with more than 30 years proven track record in Global Transformation Programs ranging from Next Gen technology transformations, major Pharma mergers and acquisitions e.g. Schering - Bayer and Bayer- Monsanto as well as Spin offs e.g. Covestro (Bayer Material Science) and more recently for last 15 years a GBS transformation leader in Global Business Operations, Services and Solutions (GBS) for Pharma multinationals globally. My recent achievements include expanding a captive Shared Service Center footprint from 2 to 7 locations in Hub / Spoke / Node model with an employee increase of 500 to FTE, reaching approx 5% of the Company\'s total workforce in Capability Centers. I am currently leading the Global Shared Service Center Network for Operational Excellence and Business Transformation at Sanofi, one of the world\'s leading healthcare companies on an equally exciting Transformation journey. My mission is to drive value creation through innovation and next generation capability centers, leveraging my expertise in Target Operating Model design, End to End process excellence, and GBS value creation and realization. I have successfully led large scale business finance and GBS transformation programs across multiple geographies and verticals, resulting in improved efficiency, effectiveness, experience and talent management. I have also set up, run and optimized operations of captive and hybrid BPO Global Business Services centers, delivering high quality and cost effective services and solutions for various business functions.
